  • My PIN is not working

    Check your booking time. The PIN will only work 15 minutes prior to your booking and then for the duration of your booking. It will cease to work a few minutes after your allocated time. If you are within the time, check that you have paid. The PIN will only activate if the booking fee has been paid online.

  • There is someone else on my court

    There should be no reason why someone else is in your court unless they have overstayed their booking. This may not be malicious. People lose sight of time and are engrossed in their game. Politely check with them the time of their booking and if it has expired then ask them to vacate the Court. Bookings are visible online so you should be able to verify together who is supposed to be on the Court.
